Scheduling

Please keep in mind I am a small business and do not have a receptionist, but I will get back to your email or message as quickly as possible. For all your booking needs, please utilize my Vagaro online booking system to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment at any time. I pay for the convenience of this service and request all clients utilize the online booking so I can spend my time away from work with my family and not on the phone.

If you are in need of an appointment and can’t find a time which works for you, you have the ability to add yourself to my waiting list on the Vagaro booking app. Appointments needed outside business hours will need to be personally requested and may include an additional fee. Prices for before/after hour appointments will be discussed at the time of request.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. One late client can throw an entire day off schedule. For this reason, if you are running late, please call/text so I do not worry. If I do not hear from you within 15-minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No Show.

Should you arrive late (and within the 15-minute window), your service will be shortened in order to accommodate subsequent guests on time and you will be charged the full service cost.

Cancellations

Your wellness / recovery treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated, frequent or excessive cancellations/rescheduling will result in denial of services and online booking will be unavailable. A Touch of Class Wellness & Recovery reserves the right to refuse services. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Your card on file will be charged or an invoice will be billed to you and will need to be paid before the end of day or all future appointments will be canceled.

Last minute cancellations and clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will also be charged, in full, for the scheduled service + 20% gratuity. My time is valuable and I have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. My online scheduling system will not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, so canceling online is not an option. Instead, please call or text me. I will do my best to find a waitlisted client to take your place. If these attempts are successful, you will not be charged the Cancellation Fee. However, if I cannot find someone able to shift gears at the last minute, you will be charged.

Inappropriate Behavior

Inappropriate behavior, in any form, will not be tolerated. Behaviors which are sexual in context, or innuendoes, will result in immediate termination of the service. The patient will be dismissed and the credit card on file will be charged including a 20% gratuity. I reserve the right to contact local law enforcement and file appropriate charges.

This is a zero tolerance topic.
